The total stay was really great at this time. The poolside restaurant for dinner and the pool bar.

I spend 2 nights in Cancun lovely. The staff were polite and courteous too. The service was excellent, it had a great poolside restaurant.

Overall it was a very comfortable stay for a long time. The room was on upper level.

Appetising food, exceptional service and stunning view of the sea and garden.

Well, the area was scary overall.

Hip new place with hard-working staff and fast wi-fi. The hotel itself was in a very very nice area, just next door to the ocean and the beach and Cancun.

Fab place to stay with good internet. Burgers, nachos, fries and pizza at the cocktail bar. Well-kept, perfect room with fine bed. Efficient check-in and fantastic customer service🙂

We loved the lovely furniture and ideal location. The staff were terrific here. Food was fine - lots of options. It was based adjacent to a clean beach.

Unbelievable view, very efficient service, comfortable beds. Patient, polite staff that were happy to help. Generally everything was really perfect, but the bathroom was very small. Location - decent not far from the beach as well as Cancun. It was also a short walk to a public beach...

The reception was friendly and fairly clean. The room was warm, cosy with comfortable beds. The restaurant was awesome, offered REASONABLY PRICED food.

It was a fabulous stay. Good food for delicious breakfast. I got free upgrade and loved it. Everything was well managed, yet a few employees were horrible. The beach was perfect.

The staff was hard working and the location was very peaceful - altogether a really unforgettable experience. Staff provided outstanding service and helped with shuttle. The rooms were fairly large and perfect, the view was absolutely superb. Easy check in and late check out. Clean enough and ultimate hotel in Property district.

Certainly a fun experience for family vacation in Cancun. Original hotel, I liked it. Variety of supplies in the room : WiFi and remote control. Good service and a lovely pool onsite. A secluded beach, idyllic view.

Great room, especially helpful stuff. The main bar in the hotel had variety of mixed cocktails, beers and coffee throughout the day. There where restaurants and bars next to the place.

Views appeared to be ugly.

We had a fairly nice time in this great family hotel in Cancun. Very big suite and comfy bed. Loved the safe area. Had alcoholic drinks in the poolside bar in the evening.

We both enjoyed it, the place is beachfront and suited us fine. There is restaurant The Italian Trattoria at the premises.

Appreciated it. Perfect for family. Free parking was a good bonus. Playa Langosta was 200 feet from the hotel.

the service offered was excellent. minutes from a bus stop. maki taco is just a walk down to the hotel.

service was excellent and food was great. we would definitely recommend it to those visiting cancun. bordeaux, located within 15 minutes' walk, is a good dining option. free wi fi was useful.

Just walking distance from the restaurant La Trattoria. Right next to playa langosta and other sightseeing areas. It was definitely 4 stars for us. Free Wi-Fi worked well.
